Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Senior Manager of Estate Desk and Philanthropy to lead strategy, development, and evolution of estate and legacy giving programs. You will partner closely with Compliance and Operations to build a sustainable operating model and expand donor experiences across the estate and succession process.

This role balances strategic leadership with day-to-day execution in a highly matrixed organization, working with Fidelity Charitable teams and external partners to grow

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management related to legacy or gift planning.
• Experience with estate gift administration and legacy programs.
• Ability to collaborate across Compliance, Operations, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and roadmap for estate and legacy giving programs.
• Define operating model for Estate Desk, including intake and gift administration.
• Develop strategies to grow awareness, adoption, and donor pipeline.
• Create executive-level reporting and recommendations.
