Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or related fields.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience working with high-performing teams and leaders, influencing without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute BI, reporting, and data infrastructure strategy aligned with priorities.
• Own BI portfolio, dashboards, data models, and performance metrics with roadmaps.
• Lead governance, quality, and stakeholder communication for enterprise BI initiatives.
• Mentor BI, automation, and process-improvement professionals and cross-functional teams.
