Vizient, Inc. seeks an AVP, Business Intelligence & Innovation to lead BI strategy, data governance, and automation efforts across Networks & Leadership Solutions.

You will drive dashboards, data models, and performance metrics while partnering with executive stakeholders to translate data into strategic actions. You will oversee automation and AI-enabled workflows, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and mentor teams across enterprise BI and CRM domains, shaping the analytics roadmap for

Qualifikationen

10+ years of progressive experience in BI, translating needs into tech solutions and automation.
Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to outcomes.
Experience building high-performing teams and operating models.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management to drive clear decisions.
Ability to align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.

Aufgaben

Define and execute BI, reporting and data infrastructure strategy aligned to priorities.
Own BI products, dashboards, data models, and performance metrics with lifecycle plans.
Provide actionable views on performance, risks and opportunities for resource decisions.
Lead automation, AI-enabled workflows, and system integration initiatives.
Mentor BI and process-improvement professionals and manage vendor partnerships.
