Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Deposit Operations, Commercial and Retail Loan Operations, Payment Operations, and related banking functions.
• Strengthen processes, controls, accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
• Lead during core banking conversion and other significant technology implementations.
• Develop scalable operational processes balancing efficiency, customer service, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and various departments to identify and resolve operational issues.
