Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk group seeks a Vice President to serve as Bank Compliance - ISG Coverage Officer.

You will provide compliance guidance on Regulation W, Regulation O, and related acts, support policies, monitor compliance, and prepare KRIs and dashboards. The role requires 8+ years in compliance, knowledge of OCC/Federal Reserve rules, ability to explain how regulations apply to products, and strong written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience with knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of banking regulations from the OCC and Federal Reserve and how they apply to bank products.
• Ability to discuss and explain how regulations apply to certain products.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance with regard to compliance requirements of Regulation W, Regulation O, Anti-Tying rules, and Government Securities Act regulations.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and revision of policies and procedures relating to banking rules and regulations.
• Conduct appropriate Compliance monitoring and provide updates to senior management.
• Prepare compliance related KRIs and dashboards.
• Support compliance trainings and participate in risk assessments and annual plan development.
