izzo Artisan Bakery in Louisville CO is seeking a Vice President of Customer Operations & Excellence to transform our B2B customer experience across major retail, foodservice, and distribution accounts. You will own onboarding, pricing inquiries, forecasts, inventory, freight, and customer portals to ensure proactive communication and reliable execution.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative leader with 10+ years in customer operations or related functions, 5+ years of senior

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years in customer experience, supply chain, or related functions.
5+ years senior leadership experience managing teams.
Experience in food, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, or another complex supply-chain environment.
Experience leading customer operations or service functions in a B2B environment with complex accounts.
Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, freight, pricing, quality, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Lead the B2B customer operations function and establish service standards.
Coordinate onboarding of new customers including pricing, forecasting, and onboarding.
Partner with Sales and Finance to implement pricing, programs, and freight arrangements.
Oversee OTIF, fill rates, and delivery performance.
Lead the customer-facing complaint process from notification through resolution.
Develop dashboards and KPIs that provide visibility into customer service and operational performance.
