We are seeking a VP, Audience Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in audience development, programming strategy, entertainment marketing, and content strategy, and a proven ability to build fandom, increase viewership, and operationalize cross-platform audience growth.
Part-time. 30 hours per week. Four days onsite at either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. Hours 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, 7.5 hours per onsite day. Possible extension: N/A. Candidates should be prepared to discuss and share case studies demonstrating how they have driven fandom. Entertainment and streaming experience is preferred.
This role will establish a new audience development function that deepens fandom and drives enhanced viewership for a portfolio of television titles. The function will integrate media analytics and strategy, metadata and placement, lifecycle CRM activation, social and creator amplification, and rigorous measurement to convert linear momentum into sustained multiplatform engagement.
