Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. seeks a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel – Supply Chain to provide strategic legal oversight of supply chain operations across North America.

You will advise on private label agreements, ESG reporting, and environmental compliance while guiding contracting and risk management. In this role you’ll lead complex negotiations, manage outside counsel, and develop policies to support regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including EPA, FMCSA, and Prop

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent; bar admission required.
• 8–10 years of related experience.
• Experience with supply chain contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with vendors, including supply and private label contracts.
• Develop supplier qualification and compliance programs and audits.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and internal compliance processes.
• Manage supply chain litigation, budgets, and interactions with outside counsel.
• Advise on regulatory matters including EPA, FMCSA, OSHA, and trade compliance.
