Job summary

MPI is seeking a commercially minded Vice President, Asset Management to lead a diversified asset portfolio within a leading real estate owner-operator. Reporting to executive leadership, the role focuses on maximizing value through strategic asset plans, budgeting, and financial discipline.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in CRE asset management, strong modeling skills, and a track record of NOI growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
Professional industry designation preferred.
8–10+ years asset management experience in CRE or diversified portfolios.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Leadership experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of property business plans, budgets, and capex strategies.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive initiatives to enhance revenue, improve operations, and increase asset value.
Evaluate leasing strategies, capital projects, repositioning, and value-add opportunities.
Partner with finance and investment teams on refinancing, debt strategy, and dispositions.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial reviews, and variance reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop asset management professionals.
