Job summary

Denholtz Properties is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management to lead the operational, financial, and investment performance of its multifamily portfolio in a dynamic market. You will collaborate with in-house and third-party teams to maximize NOI, asset value, and investor returns, with potential support for selected industrial/office investments.

Qualifications

7+ years in institutional real estate asset management or acquisitions.
Experience managing multifamily assets.
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Entrata, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead asset management of multifamily and industrial assets across markets.
Develop annual asset business plans to maximize NOI and investor returns.
Monitor performance, identify trends, and drive occupancy and revenue improvements.
Coordinate with property managers, finance, acquisitions, development, and operations.
Oversee budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Evaluate capital projects, value-add initiatives, and capital events.
Prepare investment materials and quarterly/annual reporting for investors.
Ensure sustainability, safety, and risk management standards across assets.
