Job summary

Lenox Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Vice President of Asset Management Operations to oversee process improvement and KPI analysis across asset management. You will partner with leadership to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and data integrity while supporting regulatory compliance.

Lead prioritization of initiatives, coordinate product and platform readiness, and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify trends and practical improvements.
• Detail-oriented with execution focus.
• Experience in financial services operations and process analysis.
• Ability to support training and onboarding efforts.
