NFP Corp seeks a Vice President, Asset Management Operations to drive efficiency in operational processes across asset management. Responsibilities include evaluating workflows, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing service delivery through KPI monitoring.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. Compensation includes a base salary range of $117,000.00 – $200,000.00, plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services or operations experience in process improvement and performance analysis
• Experience supporting training or onboarding efforts

Responsibilities

• Evaluate key operational processes to identify inefficiencies
• Monitor and report on KPIs across operations
• Support prioritization of operational initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert on operational systems and workflows
• Support adherence to FINRA, SEC, and Broker Dealer requirements
• Coordinate and support training programs for employees and advisors
