• Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead for data products.
• 5+ years of Financial Services experience with data, technology and operations.
• Delivered in agile environments with backlog discipline and outcome-based execution.
• Comfortable with SQL and/or Python for validating hypotheses with large datasets.
• Practical fluency with AI and Agentic AI for data products.
• Able to evaluate AI value, risk, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels with clear priorities and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end for a critical data domain—intake through outcomes.
• Run the product operating cadence: intake, prioritization, roadmap sequencing, release execution.
• Translate complex needs into problem statements, use cases, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and drive a modernization roadmap spanning data platform evolution and metadata enablement.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to increase processing and data quality.
• Drive execution with cross-functional partners across Business, Operations, Technology, and Controls.
• Manage dependencies and sequencing across teams, platforms, and release trains.
• Measure delivery and outcome metrics to refine the roadmap.
