Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a senior leader to head the FVP, ABL Operations, overseeing onboarding, collateral management, borrowing base administration, and servicing activities for complex collateral structures.

You will partner with Relationship Management, Credit, and Risk to drive improvements, build scalable infrastructure, and manage a high-performing team delivering a client-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' direct experience in ABL lending.
• Experience with nCino is a plus.
• Moody's ABS knowledge assumed.
• Experience working with Regulators.

Responsibilities

• Calculate borrowing base availability and monitor portfolio concentration.
• Monitor payments, collections, and payoffs.
• Collect documents as required in loan agreements.
• Process draw requests and maintain timely draw cycle.
• Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Lead a high performing organization by setting expectations and recognizing strong performance.
