• 6+ years in asset-based lending, private credit, leveraged finance, securitized lending, forward financing.
• Advanced understanding of financial analysis and credit underwriting.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and experience with complex investment models.
• Thorough understanding of credit agreements, covenants, and loan documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, project management, and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit analysis and due diligence for prospective transactions with a credit team.
• Develop and review cash flow models to assess risk, returns, and economics.
• Negotiate transaction terms and carry out risk-adjusted structuring.
• Prepare credit memoranda and materials for senior management and investors.
• Develop stress-testing frameworks and communicate risks to leadership.
• Lead and mentor analysts and associates, setting priorities and timelines.
• Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes, and portfolio implications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and investors.
