Job summary

7–12+ years in structured finance, strong cash flow modeling, and proficiency with Intex or T-REX are required; you’ll lead work across data centres, aviation, equipment leasing, and more.

Qualifications

• Lead the credit rating process for new ABS transactions, from mandate to closing.
• Run originator/servicer due diligence and structural/cash flow modeling.
• Present at rating committee and shape credit memoranda and rating rationales.
• Own issuer, arranger, and investor relationships throughout the process.
• Surveillance of existing transactions and recommend rating actions on performance.
