JCW Group in New York, NY seeks a Vice President for Asset-Backed Securities within Structured Finance. You will own transactions end-to-end, present at rating committee, and work directly with issuers, arrangers, and investors.

7–12+ years in structured finance, strong cash flow modeling, and proficiency with Intex or T-REX are required; you’ll lead work across data centres, aviation, equipment leasing, and more.

Vice President, Asset-Backed Securities – Structured Finance | New York, NY

We're working exclusively with a top independent credit rating agency to hire a VP for their growing Asset-Backed Securities practice, covering commercial and esoteric asset classes — data centres, aviation, equipment leasing, communications infrastructure, and small business lending.

High-visibility seat: you'll own transactions end-to-end, present at rating committee, and work directly with issuers, arrangers, and investors.

What we're looking for:

• 7-12+ years in structured finance/securitization, with commercial or esoteric ABS experience (not just auto, credit card, or RMBS/CMBS)
• Strong cash flow modelling and deal structuring background
• Proficiency with Intex or T-REX preferred
• Track record presenting to rating committees or senior stakeholders
• Comfortable owning multiple live deals in a fast-paced environment
