General Compute Inc. is seeking a hands-on finance leader to own the first asset-backed facility end-to-end, manage the capital stack, and oversee daily cashflow and budgeting.

The role requires closing a substantial asset-backed or equipment-backed facility, building the financial model, and driving lender relationships. You will report to the CEO and participate actively in equity-bearing early-stage compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have closed a $50M+ asset-backed or equipment-backed facility in compute/data center or similar infrastructure.
• Must be able to build the financial model themselves.
• Must move fast and lead to close within months.
• Must be direct with stakeholders, no hedging.
• Hands-on with all finance aspects as an early employee.

Responsabilités

• Own the first asset-backed facility end-to-end: model, data room, lender process, term sheets, close.
• Own the capital stack and future debt tranches and financing.
• Own every credit relationship the company has.
• Run day-to-day company finance: cashflow, budget vs actuals, and coordination with bookkeeper.
