Job summary

Crux, Inc. is seeking a senior corporate finance executive to lead capital markets efforts for ambitious AI infrastructure builds.

You will raise multi-billion dollar financings, manage relationships across investment banks and sponsors, and drive the company’s debt and equity strategy in a fast-growing, capital-intensive environment. Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience, which may include starting with 3–6 years at a top-tier investment bank or private equity/private credit fund.
• In-house experience in a Capital Markets, Corporate Development, or Strategic Finance role at a high-growth, capital-intensive company.
• Direct track record of closing complex debt facilities (structured credit, asset-based lending, or high-yield) and equity offerings ($1B+ transaction sizes).

Responsibilities

• Report to the CFO and raise multi-billion dollar financings across multiple instrument types.
• Manage banking and debt investor relationships and drive financial execution of public equity market transactions.
• Drive capital markets strategy with Finance, Legal, sponsors, and the executive team.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and closing of diverse debt facilities and equity raises.
• Develop an end-to-end deal management process and optimize debt covenants and post-close operations.
