Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks an AvP of Operations to support the Division Vice President of Operations for a portfolio of centers within Surgery Ventures Group. Leads ASC operations and Physician Partnership activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and market-wide initiatives.

You will assist in development, recruitment, reporting, and governance, driving efficiency and cost control across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a surgery center, ASC Central Business Office, hospital or related field.
• Multi-facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement long- and short-term strategic initiatives for surgery centers.
• Improve operating efficiencies across centers within the market/division.
