Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering, applied AI/ML research, or technology R&D with Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• GenAI, agentic AI, prompt engineering and tool integrations in workflows.
• Strong CI/CD, observability, and incident response in regulated environments.
• Secure software development, data privacy, access controls, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research on GenAI and agentic AI to boost productivity and CI/CD.
• Design and prototype AI-driven tools to streamline engineering workflows and code quality.
• Promote reusable AI capabilities and secure integration into platforms.
• Collaborate with agile teams to guide AI adoption and technical implementations.
• Develop policies and guardrails for responsible AI use within the enterprise.
• Monitor trends to shape strategic direction and maintain leadership in AI.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
