Qualifications

• PhD or MS with extensive industry/research experience in a quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration and agentic AI libraries.
• Strong Python programming with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating NLP/LLM models.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• GIT and version control basics; exposure to DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices for production ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions in Python.
• Oversee design and deployment of prompt-based models on LLMs for NLP tasks in finance.
• Research prompt engineering to improve prompt-based model performance and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Communicate results effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows for prompt engineering on LLMs in the cloud.
• Develop and maintain tools/frameworks for prompt-based model training, evaluation, optimization.
• Analyze data to evaluate model performance and identify improvements.
