Qualifications

• PhD with 1+ years building AI systems in production or MS with 3+ years.
• GenAI experience with LLMs including fine-tuning and RAG.
• Experience scaling LLM systems with caching, batching, governance and evaluation.
• Strong ML foundations and experimental design.
• Experience in information retrieval or recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn).
• Ability to set a research agenda and drive production deployment.
• Experience presenting research to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and deployment of agentic AI systems with multi-step workflows and tool use.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs to meet latency and cost constraints.
• Apply reinforcement learning and personalization to dialogue policies.
• Scale LLM systems with caching, governance, and evaluation frameworks.
• Implement privacy, safety, and compliance controls.
• Design rigorous experiments with strong baselines and metrics.
• Define and track success metrics for agent performance.
