JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, OH, with locations in Plano, TX and Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Vice President Analytics Strategy Lead to partner with Product Strategy and advance home lending decision science.

You will shape the questions, own the analysis, and deliver executive-ready recommendations with impact sizing and ROI. You’ll coordinate across a matrix of teams to support funding decisions and drive prioritized innovations.

Qualifications

Strong track record turning analysis into executive-ready recommendations.
Ability to lead work through influence in a matrixed environment.
Robust analytical foundation: hypothesis-driven problem solving and ambiguity tolerance.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python, R, or SAS).
Ability to guide and manage stakeholders across organizations to earn trust.

Responsabilités

Own executive-facing analytics for Product Strategy; frame hypotheses and define success metrics.
Anticipate leadership questions and provide first-version answers with ROI and risk assessments.
Coordinate across analysts; set scope, roles, timelines, and quality standards for executive-ready work.
Partner with Strategy, Product, Marketing, Originations, Finance, and Technology to gather context and constraints.
Quantify impact and tradeoffs; challenge assumptions and call out what would change the recommendation.
Translate complex analysis into concise takeaways and visuals for senior leaders.
Conduct targeted market, competitor, and internal performance research.
Manage multiple priorities with rigorous controls on accuracy and results.
