Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President, Marketing Analytics Data Science to lead analytics and AI strategy for marketing analytics and decisioning.

You will collaborate across marketing, product, data, technology, risk, legal, and compliance to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions from inception to production. You will drive end-to-end product delivery, shape high-impact use cases, and ensure governance and measurement of outcomes across channels and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI with production delivery.
• Hands-on experience designing ML / generative AI solutions and agent-based workflows.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver across complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders using clear narratives and measurable results.
• Marketing analytics experience, including targeting, lifecycle programs, or performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics and AI product roadmap for marketing analytics, including prioritization and resourcing.
• Identify high-impact use cases such as next best action, audience selection, lifecycle optimization, and measurement automation.
• Translate analytics needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with data and platform standards.
• Lead design and technical direction for ML and generative AI, including agent-based workflows.
• Drive execution across prototype to production, monitoring, and optimization.
• Establish team practices for reproducibility, documentation, code quality, and model governance.
• Develop and operationalize models for propensity, churn, uplift, segmentation, and channel optimization.
• Build measurement frameworks linking solutions to marketing outcomes and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with model risk management, data privacy, security, fairness, explainability, and auditability.
