Publicis Groupe's Epsilon unit seeks a dynamic Vice President of Analytic Consulting in the United States to set the strategic vision, lead a large analytics practice, and drive outcomes for clients through advanced analytics and data science. You will partner with executives, grow the portfolio, and shape offerings across data, technology, and business strategy.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in analytics/consulting/data science roles.
• 10+ years in leadership of analytics organizations.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a large analytic consulting practice with strategic vision.
• Develop data-driven insights and analytic solutions for clients.
• Influence business strategy through advanced analytics and data science.
• Ensure quality, scalability, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Advance analytics offerings, tools, and internal best practices.
• Lead business development and client relationship management.
• Present to executives and represent the organization publicly.
• Mentor analytics teams and foster innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and client teams.
