Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Corporate AML Oversight Vice President to join its Regulatory and Compliance organization in New York. You will serve as a senior subject‑matter expert overseeing AML controls across U.S.

and international businesses, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other control functions to ensure regulatory readiness. Responsibilities include maintaining AML/CFT framework, monitoring evolving requirements, and providing guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AML, BSA, or financial crimes experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in broker-dealer, asset manager, or similar institution.
• CAMS certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML/CFT controls across U.S. and international businesses.
• Monitor BSA, FinCEN, OFAC, SEC, FINRA requirements and implement changes.
• Provide AML guidance to Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Tech.
• Evaluate products and services for AML/CFT and sanctions risk.
• Lead AML risk assessments, identify gaps, and define metrics.
• Support AML/KYC escalations, investigations, and SAR governance.
• Report to senior management on AML risk and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and internal audits.
