CertiK is seeking an experienced compliance and financial crime leader to shape AML and virtual asset compliance across regulatory and industry contexts. The role blends risk, analytics, and strategic advisory to financial institutions, VASPs, and regulators.

The candidate will oversee MLRO responsibilities where applicable, translate evolving rules into product guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s compliance capabilities and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior compliance roles such as MLRO/Head of Financial Crime.
• Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve AML frameworks and sanctions processes.
• Advise financial institutions and VASPs on compliance and risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into actionable guidance.
• Support MLRO activities and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with product, engineering, and regulators.
