Morgan Stanley Baltimore seeks a Vice President Department Manager to lead the Americas Securities Settlements team within Global Securities Settlements. The role manages 14+ staff on-site in Baltimore with offshore and vendor support, driving risk controls and regulatory compliance across reg SHO/204 and Reg T.

You will partner with Prime Brokerage, Fixed Income and Equities, and lead settlements transformation while ensuring client service, cost effectiveness, and efficient operations.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in securities settlements or a related operations function.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead a team across multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of US settlement processes, systems, and markets; regSHO/204 understanding.
