Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations for the West Coast to lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers in the region. You will set standards, drive improvements, and establish partnerships with top referring providers and payers to support regional growth.

The role requires management of senior leaders, a focus on profitability, and the ability to travel within California to centers while building a collaborative culture and scalable

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong collaboration with clinical and financial teams.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships with providers and payers.
• Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, clinical, and financial success of infusion centers in the region.
• Set and enforce standards; drive process excellence and regional growth.
• Hire, lead, and develop Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers.
• Manage staffing and resources to meet business and patient needs.
• Address escalated patient and referring provider concerns across the region.
• Develop high-value strategic relationships with providers, payers, and partners.
• Drive profitability improvements through new site identification, M&A integration, and other projects.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture across the region.
