Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President level independent contributor to join the Alternative Investments Transformation team. You will work with Alternative Investments technology and diverse stakeholders to design solutions for internal operations and clients.

You will drive process improvements, gather requirements with cross-functional teams, and lead workshops to define future state operating models while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in an investment firm in a technology, front office or software related role.
• PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Jira and Confluence.
• Preferred experience in Alternative Investments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and deploy process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
• Gather and translate end-user requirements with cross‑functional teams and execute.
• Resolve and escalate project and operational issues promptly.
• Interpret project needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Provide business requirements and analysis to clients on current/future operating models.
• Lead meetings/workshops to explain business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and contribute to best practices.
