Job summary

State Street in Princeton, NJ is seeking an officer level independent contributor for the Alternative Investments Transformation team. You will work closely with Alternative Investments technology, stakeholders and the client to design meaningful solutions and deliver projects on time.

Candidates should be well-organized, able to learn quickly, demonstrate initiative, handle pressure, and manage multiple assignments while communicating clearly and escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 3+ years in an investment firm tech or related role; strong PC skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred to manage and track work.
• Preference for exposure to Alternative Investments.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and interpret end user requirements and work with cross functional teams to implement.
• Resolve and elevate project and operational issues in a timely fashion.
• Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients on operating models.
• Create tests and document functionality in line with business use cases.
• Follow and contribute to internal policies and best practices.
