Qualifications

• 8+ years of fund accounting, finance, or operations experience within alternative investments.
• Background with private markets and open-ended fund structures preferred.
• Knowledge of partnership accounting, NAVs, financial reporting, audits, and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and operations across a diverse portfolio of alternative investment products.
• Manage third-party administrators, auditors, banks, and other service providers.
• Review NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, and annual audits.
• Coordinate fund valuations and support the valuation committee process, partnering with teams.
• Support regulatory filings, fund budgeting, treasury, and investor activity.
• Assist with new fund and product launches.
• Drive process improvements across fund accounting and operations.
