Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC., a Boston-based leader in alternative asset management, seeks an experienced Fund Controller to oversee accounting for existing and new funds and manage relationships with third-party administrators, banks, auditors, and other service providers.

The role collaborates with Investment, Client Relations, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, and regulatory filings, with responsibilities expanding to valuations,

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of private markets finance/fund operations experience.
• Strong partnership accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and operations for existing and new funds.
• Manage third-party administrators, banks, auditors, and other service providers.
• Oversee NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Partner with Investment, Client Relations, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Support valuations, budgeting, treasury, and new fund launches.
