Clear Channel Outdoor in Phoenix, AZ seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue from Airports to roadside channels. You will educate the Airports sales team, strategize high-impact opportunities, and collaborate with VPs and sellers to close campaigns while ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

You will maintain market knowledge, train sellers on tools, and troubleshoot issues to achieve revenue targets, delivering momentum across branches and markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a sales/advertising/marketing services environment.
• 3+ years of out-of-home advertising experience.

• Meets annual budget targets for Airports to Roadside revenue.
• Develops competencies of the Airport's sales team, helping them grow in knowledge base.
• Uses innovative ideas and approach to grow revenue, leveraging all marketing resources.
• Provides high-quality information on the local markets, supporting proposal strategies and inventory coverage.
• Manages post-contract activity coordinating and ensuring fulfillment of client campaigns, including materials and posting instructions, and resolves issues quickly.
• Meets in-market with sales leaders to familiarize them with products; trains new sellers and maintains cadence with top sellers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
