The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in business development, a solid grasp of intellectual property, and strong negotiation skills. Located in San Francisco, this hybrid position requires office attendance three days a week.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, licensing, technology strategy, or related fields.
• Deep familiarity with intellectual property, patent licensing, and/or patent pools.
• Strong understanding in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, or data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new patent pool opportunities in technology sectors.
• Develop and execute business cases for new licensing programs.
• Represent Via at industry conferences and forums.
