The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor and 15+ years in intellectual property law, with a strong preference for experience in the semiconductor industry. Compensation for this role is targeted at an annual base salary of $400,000 to $450,000, plus equity and bonuses.

• Experience driving licensing outcomes in complex environments including litigation.
• Deep legal expertise related to semiconductor technologies.
