Job summary
BeyondTrust in the United States is seeking a VP of Product Management, AI Security & Strategy to own BeyondTrust’s AI security portfolio and lead a team of senior product managers. You will define multi-year strategy for agentic AI capabilities and ship products hands-on while shaping cross-functional collaboration.
You will partner with executives across engineering, marketing, and sales, represent BeyondTrust at industry events and analyst days, and act as a strategic external voice while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
- 10+ years in product management, security research, or technical strategy.
- 5+ years in product leadership, building and scaling teams.
- Experience shipping AI-native products with strategic value.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the AI security portfolio.
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing product management team.
- Drive 0-to-1 development from design-partner validation to GA.
- Shape go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and SE leadership.
- Represent BeyondTrust externally to analysts, customers, and industry events.
