Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI Security, to own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-native security capabilities on the Pathfinder platform. You will translate threat research into concrete requirements and drive the product to stay ahead of adversaries exploiting AI systems.

You will partner with the AI Coworker Security team, define secure frameworks for AI workloads, and lead market research with CISOs and security engineers to shape Priority roadmaps and launch plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, or closely related domain.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of AI and ML systems architecture, including how LLM agents, MCP servers, tool‑calling, and RAG pipelines work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication able to engage CISOs, security architects, and developers at appropriate levels.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for BeyondTrust's AI security capabilities on Pathfinder platform.
• Synthesize threat research and competitive intelligence into product decisions.
• Partner with security teams to define secure AI agent frameworks and orchestration.
• Maintain understanding of AI agent ecosystems including MCP protocol and prompt injection attack chains.
• Coordinate AI-related product work across the BeyondTrust portfolio for architectural consistency.
