Job summary

Eliza is seeking a visionary VP Cyber to build and run the Office of the CISO, owning revenue and client relationships. You will lead the security practice, hire a lean delivery team, and drive AI-assisted security solutions for enterprise clients.

You will own OpenAI security partnerships, shape service lines, and engage CISOs with credibility, deep technical acumen, and a focus on outcome-driven delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as VP or senior security executive leading a services business.
• Proven revenue ownership in security delivery.
• Strong credibility with CISOs and deep technical security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Office of the CISO practice P&L and revenue from zero, including pricing and offers.
• Define service lines across security assessments, red, blue, and purple team work, and AI-assisted delivery.
• Lead with education and win CISO relationships; build relationships with enterprise leaders and close engagements.
• Own the OpenAI security partnership; co-sell opportunities and ensure capability standards.
• Build the delivery organization by hiring and leading security engineers and consultants, starting lean and scaling with demand.
• Serve as Eliza's Security Leader; define internal security program, policies, and posture; secure our own platform.
