Job summary

Eliza is seeking a strategic security leader to own the practice, including P&L, pricing, packaging, and GTM offers. You will shape service lines across security assessments, red/blue/purple team work, and security training.

You will be the face of the practice to CISOs, run executive briefings, close engagements, and build repeatable delivery methods while staying hands-on in code, findings, and client rooms.

Responsibilities

• Own practice P&L and pricing, packaging, and go-to-market offers.
• Define service lines across security assessments, red/blue/purple team work, and security training.
• Lead executive briefings with CISOs and close engagements.
• Hire and lead a team of security engineers and consultants.
• Build repeatable delivery methods, evidence standards, and quality bars.
• Stay hands-on in code, findings, and client rooms.
• Own Eliza's internal security program and posture.
• Define how to secure composable, adaptive AI software.

Job description

Lead and Sell:

• You'll build thought leadership that makes Eliza the first call security leaders make.
• You'll sell by teaching, not pitching.

Build the Delivery Organization:

• You'll hire and lead a team of security engineers and consultants.
• You'll build repeatable delivery methods, evidence standards, and quality bars.
• You'll stay hands-on in code, findings, and client rooms.

Serve as Security Leader:

• You'll own Eliza's internal security program and posture.
• You'll define how to secure composable, adaptive AI software.
