Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product for the AI Center of Excellence in New York. You will lead strategy and execution for the enterprise AI platform, including the Agent Factory control plane, lifecycle, and governance, enabling internal teams to design, build, and scale trusted AI agents.

Ideal candidates have experience building enterprise platforms, developer platforms, and AI products in regulated environments, with strong executive communication and a track record of

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise-scale platforms or governed technology products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG and tools.
• Experience in regulated, security-conscious environments like financial services.
• Translate complex tech into clear strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions.
• Executive communication skills to influence senior leaders.
• Experience defining product metrics, OKRs, and platform KPIs.
• Fluency with cloud, APIs, governance, identity, observability and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the AI platform.
• Create a roadmap for experimentation, agent build, deployment and commercialization.
• Partner with engineering, data, security, legal, compliance and risk teams.
• Prioritize platform investments based on value, feasibility, risk and adoption.
• Embed governance, privacy and security into the product lifecycle.
