This executive role focuses on architecture, production readiness, and leading a growing team of AI engineers and leaders responsible for delivering scalable agents and data products.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong software foundation with cloud-native infra and CI/CD.
• Proven leadership of engineers and architects at scale.
• Experience deploying AI/ML platforms in enterprise environments.
• Security, compliance, and risk awareness for enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI engineering platform end‑to‑end, from architecture to production.
• Lead and develop engineering leaders and agents teams across scopes.
• Define strategy, tooling, and governance for production AI systems.
• Partner with Finance for FinOps and cost-efficient operation.
• Advocate for responsible AI and regulatory readiness.
