Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula or training programs.
• Analytical mindset translating data into clear visuals.
• Proficient with Agile and Scrum project management.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize AI initiatives and pilot outcomes into executive roadmaps for rapid decisions.
• Run governance sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to review initiatives.
• Partner with units to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Design and oversee AI pilot programs with defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with divisions to identify applications for efficiency gains.
• Work with Engineering teams to ensure scalable deployment of AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI and GenAI trends to inform strategy.
