Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for the AI Platform Experience. You will define and lead the strategy for Lux, ServiceNow’s AI-native enterprise platform, uniting AI-first experiences with reusable platform capabilities across business units.

You will partner with executive leaders to drive adoption, governance, and scalable platform investments while shaping ServiceNow’s long-term AI vision.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and leading product strategy for enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience aligning product strategy with AI-native experiences and platform investments.
• Strong background in enterprise software architecture and modern AI technologies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience scaling platform governance and reusable capabilities across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lux, ServiceNow’s AI-native platform experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Management leaders.
• Partner with executives to deliver a unified AI-native experience strategy across the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive innovation in AI-first experiences, agentic workflows, and contextual intelligence.
• Define reusable platform capabilities, standards, and governance for multi-unit innovation.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to influence platform strategy and investments.
• Lead platform product planning and trade-off analysis across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Architecture to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready platform capabilities.
• Champion governance, privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI practices.
