Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Vice President of Product Management for the Lux AI-native platform experience. You will shape the long-term strategy, drive the roadmap, and lead PM leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM to deliver enterprise AI experiences at scale.

You will partner with executives to harmonize platform investments, governance, and reusable capabilities, ensuring a cohesive and trusted AI-native ecosystem across ServiceNow’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, incl. 8+ years leading PM orgs
• Proven track record for enterprise platforms and AI products
• Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture and AI tech
• Experience partnering with execs and cross-functional teams
• Ability to define governance, standards, and reusable platform frameworks
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Lux AI-native platform
• Lead PM leaders and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with VP-level partners to unify AI-native experience
• Drive AI-first experiences, agentic workflows, contextual intelligence
• Establish platform governance and reusable capabilities
• Influence platform investments based on customer needs and trends
• Ensure security, privacy, and enterprise readiness across the platform
