Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of related experience including prior management experience.
• Experience with healthcare/managed care preferred; ability to lead data governance efforts at scale.
• Strong collaboration with analytics, engineering, and business leadership to align AI content knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Knowledge Strategy and AI Content Management to transform knowledge into assets.
• Lead data governance across Data Products, Analytics Products, and AI insights.
• Partner with technology teams to map knowledge to trusted data sources and ensure retrieval accuracy.
• Provide mentorship and develop a high-performing data governance team.
• Communicate progress, barriers, and outcomes to senior leadership.
