Job summary

You will oversee capture, curation, structure and lifecycle management of business knowledge, policies, rules, and contextual information to produce trusted AI-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Prior healthcare and/or managed care industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Knowledge Strategy and AI Content Management, balancing vision with execution to transform knowledge into strategic assets.
• Identify, document, and transform critical institutional knowledge into scalable information assets with domain knowledge, taxonomies, and mappings.
• Establish an information lifecycle management framework to curate, validate, evolve, and retire content while preserving integrity and reducing bias.
• Partner with technology teams to map knowledge assets to trusted data sources powering AI solutions.
• Demonstrate AI literacy and apply retrieval-augmented generation concepts to structure information for retrieval accuracy.
