Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a senior leader to build and govern the enterprise knowledge foundation powering AI insights. The role oversees capture, curation, structure, and lifecycle management of business knowledge to support AI-driven decision making.

The leader will partner with data engineering, analytics, and business leadership, drive governance, and mentor a team of specialists to ensure accuracy, relevance, and bias minimization in knowledge assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience, including prior management.
• Healthcare and/or managed care experience strongly preferred.
• Equivalent experience through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern enterprise knowledge foundation powering AI insights.
• Oversee capture, curation, structure, and lifecycle management of business knowledge.
• Partner with technology teams to map knowledge to trusted data sources.
• Develop data governance policies, ownership standards, and best practices.
