Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive technology experience including 8+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience and 5+ years in senior leadership roles leading large software engineering organizations.
• 3-5+ years’ experience with EHR and healthcare software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing software engineering organization accountable for product delivery, technology evolution, security, reliability, and operational outcomes.
• Improve delivery predictability, developer productivity, software quality, resiliency, scalability, and cost effectiveness while balancing innovation and modernization.
• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into executable technology priorities and investment decisions.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress, engineering effectiveness, and AI adoption.
